Aktid has patented a true mobile screening and sorting unit, fully independent and capable of travelling on roads.
This unit consists of a ballistic separator of large area installed on a heavy goods trailer together with all the equipment required to operate industrially and completely independently on site (feed hopper, output conveyor, generator set, etc.).
The screens of the AKTID ballistic separator are interchangeable to adapt to all types of material and test the efficiency of the ballistic separator with various waste deposits present on your site and under several screening configurations (up to 4 products tested).
You can therefore validate the performance of our ballistic separators on waste as varied as ground industrial waste, bulky waste, construction and demolition site waste, selective collection waste, etc. in 3 or 4 separate flows: clean recyclable heavy products, high-quality fines, light flows easily converted into SRF.
Associated with granulometric screening, ballistic separation offers optimum efficiency and can separate 3 to 4 products simultaneously. A single machine therefore replaces the combination of two machines such as an aeraulic separator + a vibrating screen.
